The Barn Cats are a Twin Cities based instrumental Jazz Quartet that also features the vocal stylings of Robyn Chargo on a number of our tunes.

The Barn Cats focus on small combo Jazz Standards generally from the 40's, 50's and 60's, which we would consider the golden age of Jazz. In addition to a few originals, our instrumentals cover artists such as Charlie Parker, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley, Paul Desmond and Dave Brubeck, Duke Ellington and Sonny Rollins. Our vocal tunes cover a broader array of artists including Julie London, Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Billy Holiday and Diana Krall.
