The perfect escape to Wine Country right here in Minnesota.  Our hand-crafted wines have won 114 medals including 30 Gold in National competitions.   We are located “on the edge of the Twin Cities,  out in the country,” less than 10 minutes from the University of Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Our 125 rolling, wooded acres are adjacent to the Carver Park Reserve and offer the chance to experience seven acres of Vineyards, 20 acres of orchards, and locally grown and produced wines.

Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery began as the dream of a farm boy who loved making wine. He met an uptown girl with a taste for wine and beer and they put down their roots in the fields of Waconia in 2008. The dream came to fruition when they opened their doors in 2013 as a wineyard, and soon after, as a brewery as well. Marrying country and city, wine and beer — Schram brings vineyard wine and craft beer drinkers together in Minnesota at last!

Since 2013 we’ve been brewing 20 barrel batches of beer and delivering it to local bars, restaurants and now, liquor stores. Starting with three 20 barrel fermenters, we have since tripled our capacity to meet the growing demand for our beers. Our brewery occupies a 100 year old creamery building in Victoria, MN, just a half-hour drive from Minneapolis. The brewery has a cozy taproom and beer garden where you can sample our line-up of tasty beers and enjoy our friendly people.

WBC was founded by two families, with an entrepreneurial spirit & a love of craft beer. Waconia Brewing Company started as many other breweries have, with the gift of a home brewing kit, 
which fueled a dream to take their passion to the next level. WBC is the realization of that dream, created for all to enjoy.  Our taproom features 4 flagship beers in constant supply
as well as ever-changing seasonal selections & limited edition specialty brews available by the glass or to take with you in one our growlers.

J. Carver Distillery was founded by a diverse group with a common love of good food and drink, hospitality, and the uncommon willingness to embrace the unknown and embark on a quest to explore and produce exceptional spirits. While our spirits are crafted with the highest quality ingredients that can be sourced locally and domestically, our three copper stills are just off the boat from Germany's oldest fabricator.
