All of our pizzas are cooked in an Italian wood-fired oven,
with dried oak as the heat source.
Our Basic Four Pizzas
Pepperoni—Neapolitan red sauce, fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, crushed red peppers, and a hint of honey
Sausage—Neapolitan red sauce, fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage
Add caramelized onions – you’ll never go back to just sausage!
Cheese—Neapolitan red sauce, fresh mozzarella, and add’l cheese blend if you wish!
Margarita—roasted garlic infused olive oil, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and a balsamic drizzle to make you want more!
