A simple joy that became a passion

Matt Winkelman has always enjoyed cooking, baking, and smoking delicious food for others. Behind this passion has been a long-time goal of owning a food truck. After years of dreaming and planning it has become a reality. Never one to do things small, he has converted a school bus into a food truck.
